Roast n Toast was born from a shared dream between two coworkers, Judith from the Dominican Republic and Amina from Morocco, who met while working as cooks in a restaurant. What began as a professional partnership quietly evolved into a lasting friendship, shaped by long hours, shared dedication, and a mutual respect for the art of food.

Through coffee breaks and late-night conversations, flavors became stories and ideas turned into aspirations. Food became our shared language—one that transcends borders and connects cultures. From those moments, a vision emerged: to create a space that is both elegant and welcoming, where craftsmanship is honored, traditions are celebrated, and guests feel effortlessly at home.
